Do you help with photographers and videography?

Yes! We have a team of three skilled Gold Coast photographers who are available to discreetly capture your special moment. We also offer videography, including microphone setups, to record every emotion and every word. For those eager to relive the moment quickly, you can select our 48-hour turnaround option for your images.

Where are you located?

We are based on the Gold Coast and offer proposal planning services from Brisbane through to Byron Bay. We also assist clients across Australia and can help coordinate proposals in other cities with our trusted partner network.

Can you help with the engagement ring?

Definitely! We have a strong partnership with a highly reputable jeweller. In fact, our founder even trusted them to design her engagement ring. We can connect you with them for custom designs, sourcing the perfect diamond, or selecting a timeless piece to suit your partner’s style.

What happens if it rains/storms on the day of my proposal?

As many of our proposals are outdoors, weather is always a factor to consider. While we’ll do everything we can to assist, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange a suitable wet weather back-up option. This could be a private venue, hotel, or sheltered location that can still provide a beautiful setting if the weather changes. We’re happy to discuss and recommend alternatives, but the final back-up plan must be organised by the client.

How much do your Gold Coast proposal packages cost?

Our luxury proposal packages start from $500 for a beautiful, intimate setup and range up to $3,000 for a grand and extravagant proposal. Prices vary depending on location, styling, and additional extras. Please note: there may be additional costs for travel, proposals outside normal operating hours, private venue hire, or extended event time.

Do you only do proposals, or can you plan other events?

While proposals are our speciality, we also create beautifully styled events for anniversaries, romantic date nights, vow renewals, and even intimate elopements. Our expertise in styling and planning means we can turn any romantic moment into an unforgettable experience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and location. However, we understand that sometimes proposals are spontaneous! If you need something sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
